Services

Coralville Care delivers NDIS and aged care support focused on building confidence, strengthening independence, and creating meaningful progress through consistent, relationship-led support in everyday environments.

Community Access

Community access at Coralville Care focuses on supporting people to feel confident stepping into their local environment in ways that feel safe, familiar, and meaningful. Support is delivered alongside each participant, whether attending appointments, shopping, or engaging in social activities, helping reduce anxiety and build comfort over time. Through consistent support workers and familiar routines, participants begin to recognise spaces, build confidence in navigating their community, and develop stronger connections. This creates a sense of belonging, increases independence, and supports participants to engage more freely in everyday life with greater confidence and control.

Independent Daily Living

Independent daily living support is designed to help participants build confidence and capability within their own home environment. Support is delivered through real, everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household routines, with a focus on doing tasks together rather than completing them for the participant. This approach helps develop essential life skills, strengthens routine, and creates consistency in daily living. With the support of familiar staff who understand individual preferences and needs, participants feel more comfortable, capable, and in control of their environment. Over time, this leads to greater independence, improved confidence, and meaningful progress in everyday life.

Age Care (Your Support at Home)

Your Support at Home provides aged care support that enables individuals to remain living safely and independently in their own home while maintaining connection to their community and daily routines. Support includes personal care, domestic assistance, and community access, delivered in a way that respects each person’s preferences and pace. Consistent support workers help create familiarity and trust, allowing individuals to feel comfortable and supported in their environment. By focusing on building confidence through everyday activities and maintaining routines, participants experience greater independence, improved wellbeing, and a stronger sense of control in their daily life as their needs evolve over time.
