Coralville Care was founded by Paula and John Allsop, bringing together lived experience, professional knowledge, and a shared passion for doing support differently.
Paula’s journey began through swimming and community involvement, where she saw firsthand the impact of disengaged support. This led to creating more active, engaging support that builds confidence, reduces anxiety, and strengthens connection to community.
John brings extensive experience as a social worker, supporting individuals and families through complex life situations, community programs, and crisis response. His work is grounded in compassion, understanding, and meaningful support.
Together, they created Coralville Care to focus on real relationships, consistent support, and helping people build independence in a way that feels achievable and lasting.
